The recycling of the used batteries aims to the reduction of air pollution, land pollution and water pollution along with the saving energy and natural resources.
During the process of recycling used batteries, they are first gathered in the appropriate recycling bins, after that they are collected by the authorized collectors and then they are sent to specialized industrial units, where the electrolyte is being neutralized and the lead is being melted & purified, which can be reused in the industry. Their plastic parts, after having any harmful substances removed, are sent to the plastic industry for further process.
The batteries recycling contributes significantly to the reduction of the environment pollution and the waste of energy and resources while it provides at the same time benefits for the customers by giving them a solution to the safe disposal of used batteries. Finally, the abovementioned procedures ensures that the recycled material end up back to the production line and instead of the landfills.
